How the Deposit Works
A deposit reserves any animal in our sale. Deposits start at a minimum of $500 and vary depending on the animal — yearling bulls, 2-year-old bulls, and heifers or cows are each priced individually, and the deposit reflects that. Contact us to confirm the deposit amount for a specific animal before reserving.
Once your deposit is received, that animal is taken off the market and held for you. We work strictly on a first-to-deposit basis. If you have your eye on something, move when you’re ready. Your deposit is applied directly to the final purchase price and is not an extra fee.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following for both the deposit and the final balance:
Upon selecting your animal, contact us to initiate the process. Weisgerber Brothers will send you the transfer details by email to confirm the recipient and amount before you proceed.
PayPal payments can be completed directly through the website using the Reserve button on any listing. No need to contact us first, payment is processed online and we will receive confirmation automatically.
Cheque payments – personal or certified, must be arranged with Weisgerber Brothers in advance. Contact us to confirm mailing details or to arrange delivery of the cheque at pickup.
When Is the Balance Due?
The remaining balance is due at the time of pickup or delivery, whichever applies to your purchase. Once your deposit is received, we’ll be in touch to coordinate the details and confirm the final amount.
We ask that pickup be arranged prior to June 1, 2027 unless agreed upon in advance.
A per day fee of $20 will be added beyond that day to cover labour and forage costs.

- Performance and growth characteristics
- Structural soundness
- Overall breeding quality
Prices may change without notice until a deposit has been received. Once your deposit is confirmed, the agreed price is locked in.

Deposit Refund Conditions
Deposits are refunded in the following circumstances:
- The animal fails its Breeding Soundness Exam (BSE) prior to sale
- The animal sustains a significant injury before pickup or delivery
- The animal passes away before the sale is completed
- Other circumstances mutually agreed upon — contact us to discuss
